By enrolling in the Furniture Department SMS program, you agree to these terms. Our SMS program lets you receive text messages about your orders, delivery updates, promotions, and account activity at the mobile number you provide.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Furniture Department at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Furniture Department does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number. If you want to rejoin, sign up again the way you did the first time.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We handle the information you provide as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
